                               RESOLUTION NO. 19279
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
                   WORKS AND THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO
                   EXECUTE AND ATTEST, RESPECTIVELY, AN
                   AGREEMENT WITH CHATTANOOGA VENTURE RELATIVE
                   TO FURNISHING AND INSTALLING SIGN FACES FOR
                   THE CHOO CHOO DRIVING ROUTE, MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINBELOW.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 WHEREAS, Chattanooga Venture has agreed to furnish to
       the City of Chattanooga sign faces for the Choo Choo Driving
       Route and to pay to the City $25.00 per sign for the fabrication
       and installation of said sign faces by the City's Traffic
       Engineering Division;
       	    	 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
       THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Interim 
Administrator
       of the Department of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be 

       and are hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an 

       Agreement with Chattanooga Venture relative to sign faces for the 

       Choo Choo Driving Route.
